When you are a student, you are able to get Github Pro for free, which allows you to create Github Pages on a private Repository, and more perks.
You can get this by going to this page in your github account settings. It is here where you should select your collage, and show the proof of you being a student. If you are a dutch student, uploading a screenshot of Studielink with the school name and your mail address will be good enough.
Make sure that your school mail is linked to your github account, and also the mail that is linked to studielink. You can remove them always later on.
