Syncthing stuck at percentage

If you ignore specific files on the sending device, or pause the folder on the receiving device (or other similar reasons) your Sycthing could stay at Syncing (53%) without it showing any upload or download speed. This is really confusing if you don’t know the reason behind it.

I had this issue and then found this thread of someone having this issue with filtered files, and then I figured: “wait, do I have any paused folders, cause I reckon that it’d be the same.”
