Quartz is a framework made by jackyzha0. It allows you to host your obsidian vault on a website for free. Quartz can be hosted on your own VPS but also just on github pages. This is because Quartz is a static web app. Quartz is open-source, this means that you can make changes to it.
Quartz offers the ability to make your own extensions to it. The extensions that are by default included are things like private notes which allows you to only publish some notes.
