I have had the fortune thing where I grew up in a family that played a lot of boardgames. Hence why I enjoy playing them so much. But it has come to the point where I know so many Boardgames that I’ll forget the games I haven’t played in a while because I know so many games. So here is a list of games that I have liked before so that I have a list to read through.
- Tzolk’in It is an awesome game. My dad used to explain this at board game gatherings, and when I was 7 I was playing this along with the visitors at the gathering. and I won. It is very advanced and very fun.
- Carcassonne I can definitely not forget about this one. It’s 1 of my favourites, if it’s not the favourite. I have so many expansions for it. :3
- Sheriff of Nottingham I used to play this in Hungary, and even with the language barrier it was really really fun
- Acropolis This falls into the strategic building category, and is definitely a game to play more often.
- Marvel Splendor This is one is so fun, and very strategic. Even though the game design is very simple
- UnTamable city
- Suburbia
- Catan
- Search for El Dorado This game is a deck builder combined with a board game, and it is the perfect combination.
- Memoir
- Clans
- Pandemic This is a game about teamwork where you have to cure the world from multiple viruses :3
- Imperial This is one if my favourite Risk like war game. It is so strategic, and the way that you own a country by having the most shares, It’s awesome.
- Tobago I don’t know if I am good at this one or not, but I always seem to enjoy myself playing this game.
- Across the world in 80 days
- Agricola
- Adventure Land
- Codenames This game is honestly for everyone. The teamwork needed is a fun challange.
- Countdown: Special Ops
